Solution : you will need to go under the services option and click refresh to resync the service with helm.

After updating the windows 2003 R2 with update Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 Service Pack 1 and .NET Framework 3.5 Family Update (KB951847) Helm stops working completely.. The control page is blank and the config tool does not load.

“The version of code protector (CLISecure) used for 4.1.0 and 4.0
versions of Parallels Helm is not compatible with KB951847 Microsoft
hot-fix.”

The fix:
Parallels was fast to release a patch for this issue and I was very impressed. The issue occurred on 1/27/09 and the patch was released on 1/30/09

Theplanet.com was slow to even notice this issue. I wonder how many other hosts are not aware of the windows update bug.
