Android: “Insufficient Space on the device”

Error: Unable to install Market app, “Insufficient Space on the device”
There seem to be a bug with the new Google Play store. We clearly had enough storage on our SD card and internal memory .
The only fix was to uninstall the Market updates which includes Google Play store
Settings>Applications, find the Market application and select Uninstall Updates for it.
- An error has occurred, which probably means the feed is down. Try again later.
