Dell Latitude E6410 slow wifi on Windows 8

Recently purchase a used Dell Latitude and installed Windows 8. While testing the wifi connection I notice the download speed was 20mbps while the upload was stuck at 1mbps. Weird so I check the Dell website and they did not have the latest driver from Broadcom. I actually found the correct driver on Lenovo website at http://support.lenovo.com/us/en/downloads/ds032423 and http://support.lenovo.com/en/downloads/ds031761
