Linux: .org whois url changed

I am not sure when this happen but the url for .org root database has changed from
whois.publicinterestregistry.net to whois.pir.org.
So performing a whois from the command line will try whois.publicinterestregistry.net by default. You can change the config for jwhois manually by updated the url in /etc/jwhois.conf to whois.pir.org for .org
