The specified CGI application misbehaved by not returning a complete set of HTTP headers.

Please use the mt-check.cgi script and ensure the perl modules DBI and DBD-mysql are installed

ppm> install DBI

ppm> install DBD-mysql

if you still get the error in IIS , change perl option to perlis.dll instead of perl.exe
