Tech support gone wrong. WTF I just want to update the whois data for my domains. I wont disclose the company or tech name but i will share my frustration and thread. WTF. read the ticket from the bottom up

Dude , i can not update any of my domain whois information. How can you see which domain i attempted to update when i didnt even mention it in the ticket. the issue is with all of my domains. the update button is not clickable.

I see the option available to update when you updated the email. Please allow for the next update to take which should push and update by 6am CST time tomorrow. I say allow 24 hours.

it doesnt work , that is what i have been trying to do is update the whois information. It doesnt work for any of the domains.
