Error: error-ssl_error_rx_record_too_long

The error was due to a conflict with webmin SSL settings and the default SSL virtualhost in apache. The SSL cert was a mismatch. You will need to update webmin config to match the apache SSL cert. The setting can be found under webmin configuration -> SSL Encryption
